What is therapy for?
Therapy is helpful for a variety of reasons: conflict resolution, boundary setting, mood and anxiety symptoms and learning coping skills.
How can therapy benefit me?
Therapy creates a safe environment to identify and process current concerns or past events. The therapeutic alliance helps with bonding and trusting the therapist, additional to the process.
What types of therapy do you offer?
I offer an eclectic approach to treatment styles. Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Solutions focused are a few modalities offered.
How long does therapy typically last?
The duration of therapy varies depending on individual needs and goals. Severe symptoms could take longer to find solutions for and reduce discomfort.

Do you offer online therapy sessions?
Telehealth therapy is currently what is being offered. In-person sessions will be coming within the year.
