Pricing & Insurance

$150 per standard 50-minute individual session, in person or telehealth. (Currently accepting telehealth clients only)

Please note that we do not accept medicaid or medicare plans. This includes SoonerCare, SoonerSelect, and other medicaid plans even if they are under the umbrella of larger insurance providers, like Aetna or United. When we submit claims to insurance, your insurance provider will respond to us with what they determine your responsibility to be, in accordance with your benefits. Your specific insurance plan may require you to pay a copay or coinsurance or meet a deductible. We do not have this information prior to your first visit. We suggest you contact your insurance provider and ask for your Behavioral Health benefits to find out this amount in advance. Please refer to our financial policy for more information.

Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments to avoid being charged the full cost of the session. Please note that if you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, insurance cannot be billed, and you will be responsible for the full session fee. A credit card will be securely kept on file to cover all payments and copayments. All payments are due on the day of the session.

It is the client’s responsibility to understand their insurance benefits. We strongly recommend contacting your insurance provider using the phone number on your insurance card to verify your behavioral health coverage, confirm copay, coinsurance, and deductible amounts, and obtain any necessary pre-authorization details.

A service fee will be applied for any returned checks or disputed credit card charges.
